Trump on alleged election interference by Russia: ‘Get on with our lives’

Trump’s apparent lack of outrage about the intelligence “community”‘s tying him to Russian interference in the election makes it seem more and more he was in on the whole thing with Putin …

According to him, Hillary Clinton’s emails border on treason …

But he says we should all just “move on” about the possibility of direct foreign screwing around with the alleged zenith of American democratic practice ???

The fact the US has been doing things like that to other countries for decades is completely true … but it’s not really relevant …

Ex-KBG operative Putin can hardly be seen as an “avenger” of past US misdeeds …

Indeed, those US actions generally promoted a more intelligent version of the right-wing / white supremacist values that link him today with Trump …

The more Trump says, “move along, move along, nothing to see here”,

the more important it becomes to find out exactly what did happen …

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if it turns out the RPBs are the ones who willingly commit treason in order to maintain their chokehold on political power …

From the Washington Post:

“Trump, appearing at his Mar-A-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla., was asked what he thought about the Obama administration’s plans to sanction Russia

for what U.S. intelligence officials say was state-sanctioned hacking of Democratic organizations, targeting of state election systems and meddling in the U.S. presidential election.

“I think we ought to get on with our lives,” Trump said in response. “I think that computers have complicated lives very greatly. The whole age of computer has made it where nobody knows exactly what’s going on. We have speed, we have a lot of other things, but I’m not sure we have the kind the security we need.””

Yeah, dude, that’s right — the computers did it …

The president-elect also downplayed concerns about extracting himself from his wide-ranging business interests.
